Your Discovery Insure Plan will be an Essential, Classic or Purple plan. For each type of plan there are specific benefits, benefit limits and excess amounts payable when you claim.
These four important documents work together to explain exactly what insurance cover you have chosen.
Your Policy Schedule
Your Policy Schedule is sent directly to you and specifies the type of plan you have chosen. It describes exactly what possessions you have insured and the premium you will pay each month for your insurance cover.
It is very important that you check that your policy schedule is correct and that you keep it up to date with any items you may have bought or no longer own.
Your Plan Guide
This document is long but important! It will help you understand the details of the plan you have chosen, and it will tell you exactly what is and isn’t covered by your plan. This is also where the Terms and Conditions of your plan are explained.
